RETURN POLICY

We happily take back unopened product for us credit. Here’s the details:

You must be the original purchaser of the product – and be able to provide an order number, or account email address.

Once received  us will credit your account for the amount originally paid for the product.

 

Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below.

  1. We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. 

  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  4. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

    No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
